In Malaysia and Singapore, Bak Kwa has become a highly popular gift offered to visitors and acquaintances, as well as amongst corporate employees (some during the Chinese New Year). Bak Kwa is becoming a favourite gift to hand out to friends and relatives during Chinese New Year. While demand is particularly high during the festive seasons, it is also served throughout the year in various outlets as takeaway snacks or to be served together with main courses at home.

All natural, really delicious snacks. That means no high-fructose corn syrup, no MSG, artificial food coloring or artificial preservatives. It’s also free of antibiotics and hormones. Good things do come with it, because we don’t use sodium nitrite.
Bak Kwa is best eaten after it has rested for at least 24 hours as it takes time for the meat to develop its flavour and texture right BBQing. Keep it in the fridge after opening. To experience the its true flavours, place slices on a plate and microwave it for 20 secs and enjoy.
